Study the proposed annual action plan and other periodic plans.
Study the proposed annual budget of the Council.
Study annual report prepared by of the General Secretariat.
Carry out a periodic evaluation of the activities of the General Secretariat and its achievements and provide the necessary recommendations in this regard.
Recommend to the Council the appointment of the Financial Auditors and determine their fees.
Any other task or activity that the Council entrusts it with.
