About Us  Organizational Structure

The NCFA is made up of three entities.  Responsibilities and tasks are divided between them.

The National Council for Family Affairs’ (NCFA) mandate specified the legal set-up and operational management and responsibilities by identifying a three-level organizational structure made up of the following inter-related entities:

  1. The Board of Trustees.
  2. The Executive Committee.
  3. The General Secretariat.

The Executive Committee stems from the Board of Trustees, and the General Secretariat functions as the executive arm of the Board of Trustees.
