In order to enable the NCFA to further contribute to the legislative environment, and create a positive living environment in a changing and challenging world, a project “Review of existing family related legislation, practice regulations and procedures” was put forward. This project aims at reviewing the existing national legislations relevant to families and their members and conducting an in-depth analysis. The project aims to provide the Council with the required tools to fulfill His Majesty King Abdullah's vision of Jordan as an advocate for a better legislative environment for the family and its members and enriching Her Majesty Queen Rania's vision of the NCFA as a policy think tank for the country, and eventually becoming a national information provider.
