The Family Economic Rights sector is one of the sectors that was reviewed by the National Council for Family Affairs (NCFA) in the area of law analysis.
This sector focuses on the following issues:
- Small enterprises.
- Social security.
- Developing vocational training programs.
- Developing the procedures and rules of the National Aid Fund and the Development and Employment Fund.
The Council believes that dealing with the family’s ability to achieve its economic needs is a major part of the Council’s efforts to develop legislations that account for the security, stability and needs of the family. Hence, the following laws, regulations, and instructions were analyzed:
