The Health Sector is one of the sectors that was reviewed by the National Council for Family Affairs (NCFA) in the area of law analysis.

Health care is considered one of the most important human rights that should be realized and provided at the highest levels, and in a qualitative framework appropriate to the needs of the individual and his/her health. It is also the nucleus for a healthy environment within the family, which, in turn,  provides a sound healthy society.

Given the above, this sector entailed a through examination and analysis of the laws and legislation, in addition to the positive and negative impact of the legal text on future trends. With the aim of eliminating the negative effects, to ensure a healthy society, NCFA focused on amending the gaps present in the legal text.

Due to the fact that the health care takes several aspects, the legislation pertaining to this sector focused on the following issues:

  5. Psychological Health
  6. Drug Addiction and its Impact on Mental Well-Being
